Code examples that demonstrate how to use the Help Viewer 2.0 API (the Help Runtime used by both Visual Studio 11 help and Windows 8 help). Code is C# and currently set to use the VS 11 help runtime DLL, however you can just as easily point the project references to the Windows 8 help runtime DLL (uses identical code).
